Team building exercises are designed for a minimum of 15 people.
Activities are designed to allow a group to take a purposeful look at the dynamics within the group.
Teams are encouraged to
- Examine various techniques of communication.
- Identify how decisions are made.
- Choose to take on various roles and responsibilities within the group.
Participants are encouraged to:
- Explore different leadership styles. As well as, how their individual leadership style affects the group.
